3 new French camo's (3 summer)
3 new German camo's (2 summer 1 desert)
1 new American camo (desert)
3 new Soviet camo's (winter and 2 summer)

One can clearly see how much understanding and knowledge you have about skinning 3D models.
DeleteAdding one camo pattern means texture artist has to make a fitting camo for EACH tank in the nation's tree. Of course, it's possible that they have some sort of automated process to make them all, but each peace still would have to be tweaked by hand to be free of errors and look good on each damn tank and even more so on open top vehicles.
(but I somehow suspect wargaming is doing them one by one by hand)
