Thanks to FrankyK for bringing this to my attention.

Please note this is a RUSSIAN leak. So much for "amagad evul EU testers are leaking...."

    Strange question.

  3. Thanks. This tank sounds very promising with this high pen gun, which might become the best gun of all Tier VIII Mediums.

Furthermore, I think so far that the Indienpanzer > Panther II. Let's wait how agile the Indienpanzer will be. On the other hand, it has a worse HP/ton ratio compared to the Panther II. Armour seems to be quite equal.

    1. Erm, if you are talking about best tier 8 medium gun (and gun alone) I guess you haven't noticed Centurions top gun. Is more accurate, more penetration, aims faster, shoots a bit slower, alpha about the same.

  4. Panther 2 better :) Seems like its will be hard to grinding leo 1. Gold ammo price 4k credit and only 237 penetration

    1. This is Panther II gun, you are talking about. Anyway, why do you even nedd substatnial ammount of gold shells on Indien Panzer or Panther II? They have very good (much more than average) penetration on standard shells.

  6. It looks like armour on this thing will be amazing.
90mm on that kind of slope? Yes, please!
    90mm sides are nice too.
I just wonder how much better armour on second turret will be (or if it will even have a second turret anyway, and if yes will it have better armour)? Nonetheless the turret is pretty rounded and with luck should bounce shots nicely.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. On the test there was no second turret.

      Delete
    2. Where armor has good slope it is not 90mm, where it is 90mm it is not well sloped.
Only front rounded part of hull is 90mm, heavily sloped glacis is (IIRC) 60mm.

  7. new 9cm gun, something to grind :(

    1. 90cm=90mm, same gun as the superpershing aye?

      Delete
    2. No, it is a german licensed version of the DCA45

      Delete
  8. Stats wise its almolst identical to IS-3, except the fact that IS-3 stops it in the ground in almolst every diffrent factor.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Is the indienpanzer's 9 cm related in any way to the 90mm DCA 45? They both share many stats (damage, penetration with AP / APCR, even their aim times).

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No. As far as I know, it's a German copy of T9 Patton's 90mm gun

      Delete
    2. T15E2 I think. The different penetration will most likely be explained by "different ammo lol"

      Delete
    3. I think it's more based off the French 90mm DCA 45. Because the French/German did create the Leopard 1.. >.>

    4. nice gun, nice all round armor but it doesnt seem much mobile with 630hp pushing 40 tons looks like a pure sniper im wondering how much depression will have...

      Delete
    5. Probably a mix of German and American Gun Depression probably like take the worse Depression of the Germans and even it out with the best American Tank with the Best Gun Depression, possibly.

  10. Glad to see that the Indien-Panzer gets a weapon which finally has penetration. The DB has a terrible Penetration Value :(

  11. It's ugly and german. It has to be good! (and nerfed to hell after the update goes live XD)

  12. Now fire all russian supertesters :D

  13. got enough xp waiting for it! glad that to long 88mm can be mounted, makes the grind towards the 9cm a bit more acceptable!
Think this one is going to be fun!

    1. No one said, the Idienpanzer is able to get equipped with the 88 KwK L/71. :/

    2. There's "Indien-Panzer" written in the list of tanks that can use it.

      Delete
    3. Erm, if you look at the Gun it literally says "Indien-Panzer" on the 88 KwK L/71.

      Delete
    4. okay, I just saw it. |O_o| damn, the 88 L/71!?

    3. I think he means its an Eu leak cause that screenshot was allready posted somewhere in the comments some days ago.

  15. It seems it will get the L/56 as a stock gun. That means you cannot mount the L/71 until you researched the tracks first. You guys better start saving up some free XP for either the tracks, or the 90mm gun.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. if thats the case it will be a horrible grind looks like i have to save some money for gold ammo...

      Delete
    2. You can always temporarily install suspension module.

      Delete
    3. my bet is you cant use the L71 here. The 88mm is an old gun for ww2 vehicles era only and the 90mm gun was the new standard adopted for post war vehicles.

      Delete
    4. If you check the picture the L/71 have Indienpanzer listed as being able to mount it. So currently it has the L/71 as an option.

Isn't that bad if it only needs the tracks to be decent, ~15k free exp or suspension module solves that problem now lets hope this thing have decent terrain resistance stats or else it will probably be rather slow stock and elite.

  16. So the accuracy of the 9cm is 0,32-0,34, interesting. Presumably it has different accuracy on different tanks, that would be a first

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Lol, not at all, there are actually many guns that have different accuracy on different tanks: 90 mm DCA 45;75 mm Vickers HV; 7,5 cm KwK 45 L/100 and more

      Delete
  17. If 9cm KwK 54 is the last gun of Leopard Prototype A.....

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. It isn't, if that comforts you.

      Delete
    2. The prototype will share the l7a3 of the leo1.
Exactly how centurion 7/1 shares the l7a1 from fv4202.

      Delete
    3. Wrong. Prototype will have L7A1. L7A3 was installed only on Leopard 1 proper, never the prototypes.

      Delete
  18. This one actually looks promising. The gun also seems great! that 8 rof will be great.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Except hp/ton ratio and view range, it seems to be better in everything in comparision to panther 2. Better armour, turnrate, gun, diesel engine with back transmission. im wauting for nerf.

    1. Sry, viewrange is equal for both stock. I looked at radio range

Anyway I think, I'll go for both German meds.

  22. I swear last time I checked the pic the engine for the indien panzer was 750 hp.

  24. Most everyone will have seen this by now, but I think they did a pretty good job of keeping this from us. Just announced new Soviet tree branch.

    3. Oh look, a troll tree on 1st of April! That's unexpected!

TBH, I'll just skip the news for today or something...

By the way, the Soviet spherical tanks are real. They made several projects in the late 40's, it's generally a terribly retarded idea and it never led anywhere, but the projects existed.

Not WHOLE WHOLE tree. Basic shape is unchanged. What I meant is that spherical tanks are most definitely a prank, but I'm not sure about T-60,70,80 line, and changes on tier 2-4 before KV-1. There may or may not be some truth there.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Same as 88L/71 and that gun works just fine.

      Delete
    2. if we get at least -8 gun depression than maybe, 2.9 aimtime for a sniper is just too much in general.

      Delete
    3. It is not going to stay at 2,9s. With 100% crew it would aim 2,3s, not bad at all. I think it works this way.
