I penetrated lower plate with IS-3's BL-9 without any problems. 113 burned like hell and lost more then 1400 HP thanks to one my shot :). His upper front plate is also thin (120 mm), so if your position allows you to negate her crazy angle (you are over 113) you will easily penetrate it.
