When you have 200,000 people on one server, you are certain to find retards. Especially considering that a lot of them aren't fluent in English so their grammer and vocabulary is limited.
I haven't expected that there can be a level of boredom so high that it would make You look into public chat. Why not alt+tab to browser? I either do that or take a newspaper and read :}
General chat might well named 12 year old chat. All the time there is stuff such as "f*ck you" "Tiger strong" "Siema?" "kurwa!" "[][][][][]?" "555+" "huehuehuehue.."
We dont rage all the time, and we dont want to claim anything. As most of the people form the successor states, you just make up unreal facts you can't prove.
that's quite a tame rant for the normal mongs on EU1, there are a special few that deserve the 'Mong of the Week' award, a mention which I may present to WG.

One big reason I play on the NA server. Sure, every server has it's portion of retards, but on the EU server they just multiply and prosper.

NA has their fair share, but most are the silent type. Doesn't matter all to much when all they do is lemming rush ;D

I don't think English has anything to do with this. It's far from being the most spoken language in Europe, at least in terms of native speakers.
