Tanks must advance, you know and avaiable covers are not sufficient for everybody, try find me a cover for everybody on kampinowka. WG didnt change some obstacles to give less cover from arty (like on El Haluf) for nothing.
Powerful arty change game into campfest and scouts didnt change situation at all (so basically these two concepts are broken).
Agree. On one hand we are told that arty brings movement in games, on the other they are bitching about "noob, you don't know how to use cover". And in most cases its impossible to be 100% arty save.

DeleteCause it will more arty on lower tiers - now whole arty is grouped in T10 (and T4) battles, after change we will have arties on each tier - so i.e. Grille which is sometimes fairly putted in T7-T8 battles now will rule T5 battles exclusively.

i'm very close to unlocking the american tier VII arty .. but i now know that it will stay tier VII and wg will introduce a new tier VIII and IX. will i get a tier IX arty? or will i keep my tier VII as is and all the xp i spent will have been for naught?

DeleteIn your case it's the M40 GMC / M43 HMC, you will still have the same arty, but it will become tier VIII (+1 level), if I remember well.
