- IS-7 will get a buff ("let's wait for test with details")
- there won't be any "East Germany" (DDR) premium tanks for now - but if there ever are, it will most likely be T-34/85 premium (T-55 is tier 9)
- the map in the Development section scheduled for 8.5 is the Pearl River

ReplyDeleteSo after that every noob can have automatic fire extinguisher so lighting up tanks wouldn't mean much....and i wouldn't be surprised if they increase the criticals(module damage) bcs you now it would be your fault for not having big repair kit when it's available for credits....they are fucking up this game indeed!!!

DeleteActually even a good player will at average take 2-3 ticks of fire damage where as automatic takes only the first. So Better stop using your scripts before WG notices them and bans you ( it is bannable offence just like autoclickers for clipped guns etc. )

IS7 is slooooow, shoots sloooooowly, aim even sloooooooooower .. Its pretty much the most sluggish T10 tank, where it actually should be the fastest of them all ..

IS7 is still a good tank, but it lost his importance in cw mainly after the T110 was introduced, i hope that buff will come with the general balance patch, otherwise it will be another case of russian bias.

ReplyDeleteNo, you get it backwards. Muzzle brake is not meant to provide more camo when shooting in real life, IRL muzzle brake is designed to reduce the gun recoil. A side effect is that it produces a very distinctive side flash, that is visible much more than regular shot without muzzle brake. Thus both in real life and in WoT, muzzle brake makes the shots more demasking.
DeleteMuzzle Brakes reduce recoil but produce huge dustclouds in the process. Nothing wrong here.

It's not "fine". It pretty much sucks, thanks to bad acc, aimtime, mediocre mobility and UFP that gets penetrated without issues by all other T10 heavies BUT IS-7 - because IS-7 has around 40% chance to bounce, because it has the worst gold pene at T10 too.

ReplyDeleteAll of you complain about the IS-7 or the IS-4 being so sluggish... What about the Maus and the E-100 have you guys even tried playing with such a huge firebox glacias? Your engine gets damaged almost every game and you're the slowest tanks on the battlefield... I mean sure the E-100 has a humongous gun, but you have to run gold in it to even make it worth your time taking it into battle.
