I had 5 t5, 3 t7 and 1 t8 match.
Friend platoon leader we had
3 t5, 5 t6, 1 t8 match.
He has 17k battles and myself 9k battles. Not conclusive but still interesting. Will try over the weekend with more matches as a sample.
Sorry I checked we did a match where we both had KV1s. Hence the T8 match... DOH

DeleteYou can also only bottom tier for two matches, then you get moved it middle or top tier for the third battle. If two tanks are different stages of this sequence platoon when they platoon, then it MM will need to settle on one of them for setting the on next battle.
This is means that MM chooses battles for mixed level platoons by highest level tank in this platoon.

In short, if you have a platoon with T5 T6 and T8, it will balance the platoon by T8 weight. That means all of you can get into T8,T9 and T10 battles.

I just got the JPz E-100. I Play it with premium ammo only like I intent to Play the 183. But still a good amount of Zero damage hits and bounces. But it has it's moments and although I'm only at 720 average XP or so after around 30 battles, it just feels good driving it ^^
DeleteBut the 183 is jsut the better TD, more gun traverse and no Zero damage hits, even if you hit the gunshield you do around 500 Points of damage...it just feels so good (on the testserver for now).

DeleteI'm one of those that prefer the more technical names for the tanks rather than their nicknames (official or otherwise). So yeah, Hetzer should be called Jagdpanzer 38(t), Panther should be called Panzerkampfwagen V, Chaffee should be called M24 etc...

ReplyDeleteahhhhhhhhhhhh damn, I play mostly mediums, I waited so long for them to add premium T8 meds, just bought my first premium tank FCM after 14k battle cause I was sick of grinding credit with my T5s just to able to play with my T10s :(
I think the comment about the Older/Newer tanks MM relates to the MM giving better positioning to tanks with under 10 games played.

If you would compare the ingame stock WZ120 characteristics with those of Type59 (Chinese industrial designation: WZ-120) you would see that even those are almost the same.
Well of course type59 is a premium tank and so on, but that is absolutely talking about something else, that is of topic from the answer, as the answer clearly states that the tank is the same tank.
Since Identical means it's exactly down to the smallest of details the same which obviously they are not then identical is not the right choice of words to be using.

And again incapable monkeys employed at WG fucked up something...i am sick of the fps drops just bcs my PC is not high-end machine...right now i use compressed textures and tweaker and i'm perfectly fine with game performance but as i saw on 8.5 test server there are really some big fps issues making switching to sniper mode extremly laggy and unplayable...for the God's sake if you can't do something right just don't do it at all...
I've had no such problems... I hope you're not running win XP machine because if so then it's not WG fault you get fps drops...

I wonder how would it look like, there was a constructed prototype of Lorraine TD, it looked really good and I thought it will end up as Prem. TD somewhere around tier VIII or VII but a full branch ? or perhaps it's gonna be an off-shoot like the soviet TD's ?

A few posts further, Storm commented on the fact it is written in the WZ-120 description that the vehicles are basically the same that it's confusing, but they won't change the models anyway.
