as you have already heard, Overlord stated the Leopard 1 will come in
8.5. With that in mind, I think it's safe to confirm that the
Indienpanzer, Leopard Prototype and Leopard 1 are being supertested atm.
There might be screenies, there might be not, we'll see.

I skipped all sorts of dumb questions, Russian specific stuff (f.x.
when will SerB be in that and that city) and other garbage, lot of SerB trolling again

- hard-mode (tanks without HP, no autoaim etc.) won't be implemented
- driver perk that would increase the power of the engine is not planned
- the AMX ELC had the option to autoalign the hull with the gun removed, because it was never intended to have it in the first place

Q: German TD's?
A: Somewhere in late 2013. German mediums are to come in 8.5, as for TDs - late autumn - winter I'd say.

You already know what is coming for 8.4, I guess. What we have for this
year more British tanks, German MT line with Leo (soonish), stretching
SPGs to 10 tiers, prolly Japs if they make it.
Q: What about endgame content?
A: "Proper" endgame content is in the works. 7/42 is promoted as main esports format.
Q: How's Maus and E-100 doing?
A:
Mauses are used on city maps like Himmelsdorf and Erlenberg, while E100s
are even more popular on CWs. Can't say they are not used at all.

There was discussion regarding making one tank premium for some time
1st Option: pay 250 Gold to have One T5 tank premium for 2 days.
2nd Option: Pay 4 000 Gold to make Tier5 tank "Premium Tank" for good.
Any possibility that it could happen ?
I wold prefer to pay some gold to have one of my favorites tank premium rather than buy existing one of existing premium.

Wasn't the second German TD line planned for late 2011? I might be wrong,but anyway it was announced a long time ago,but since it's about German tanks it's not much of a surprise that they neglected it....
ReplyDeleteIt was planned in third quarter of 2011. Then it got delayed indefinitely. Then Jagdpanzer E-100 went to tier 10, Dicker Max went premium and Jagdpanther 2 was all we got, and dews are out of tanks to fill the branch with.

Stats are probably the least helpful information to leak from supertest, considering they would be entirely subject to change and balancing. I would rather see pictures, and wait for the public test when the stats are much less likely to change drastically.

Well, if we're honest, fighting most any tier 5 in a tier 3 is going to be exceptionally difficult.
DeleteI'd kind of like to see them tighten up the battletiers another level personally, but as it stands it's still way better than the old days when tier 5s would fight tier 8's regularly.
I never have a problem killing T5's in my T82. Herp a derp.

ReplyDeleteAnd interestingly, this illustrates one advantage of avoiding the use of Nazi symbolism in a game like WOT; as it'd be really strange and out of place to see Nazi swastikas on the side of a Leo.
Those aren't Nazi swastikas....They're emblems of the Wehrmacht. If you want to see Nazi swastikas look at a NAZI FLAG and then look at the emblems on German tanks. It's just like how the Iron Cross is not a Nazi emblem. Get your facts straight.

lol .... just lol .... as always when the devs are talking crap about E100 or Maus. Especially Maus.
So if they are that fine on city maps than give us the fucking chance to SELECT city maps only for those tanks.
I always alt f4 ragequit when i get on Murowanka and co with my Maus and E-100 as soon as i see 3+ artys, too.
Its just no fun at all.
